FAQ's About Royal Kingdom Resort

• Check-in / Check-out time: Check-in at 2:00 PM and Check-out by 11:00 AM the next day.
• Extended stay up to 4 PM is available at 25% of the applicable package rate.
• Luxury accommodation per room is for up to maximum of 4 persons including adults/children. Complimentary extra bedding will be provided for additional guests.
• Concessional rates for children are applicable based on their height at the time of check-in.
• To confirm the booking, 100% payment must be made in advance before Check-In. Any additional services can be availed by paying the tariff before availing the service.
• No cancellations or refunds are applicable. Bookings can be rescheduled within the next 15 days based on availability.
• Fixed meal timings and the menu are as per the chef's selection.
• Due to the rural and remote location, some food items on the menu may not be available. We make every effort to provide your order or suggest alternatives as per availability. Outside food is strictly prohibited.
• We strictly adhere to the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission) and request our guests to follow the guidelines:
• Disposal of non-biodegradable or toxic waste in the area is strictly prohibited.
• Please carry back all non-biodegradable litter and leave the accommodation and village area litter-free before departing.
• Bonfires are not promoted, but special requests may be allowed on chargeable basis.
• Electricity supply in the rural area may be erratic, but we have a power backup. Indulge in the serene natural surroundings and take a break from the digital world.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings and are requested to lock the doors for privacy and safety. Parking is at the owner's risk, and we do not take responsibility for loss or damage to property/belongings.
• Guns or firearms are strictly prohibited inside the resort. Any guest found with such items will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
• Consumption of alcohol outside the booked room,is strictly prohibited. Intoxicants of any kind are not allowed inside the resort.
• Packages are subject to change as per MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs) guidelines.
• No entry without a mask. The use of a mask and sanitizer is mandatory.
